Physiological processes are acquired in several dimensions and with a speed of up to 140 images per second. The image data are transferred to your computer‘s hard drive without compression losses and are available for immediate analysis.

Acquire low-intensity fluorescence in several channels
With its 9.9 μm x 9.9 μm pixels, the AxioCam HS’s CCD sensor enables you to acquire fluorescence images with a dynamic range of 1:1800. Thanks to the camera‘s vibration-free operation, time lapse and Z-stack images can be generated using exposure times ranging from 1ms to 60s. Peripherals, such as adjustable light sources, are synchronized via the AxioCam HS, making it possible to acquire low-intensity fluorescence in up to 8 channels.
